Product Owner
As a freelance product owner, I help you build valuable products. I help understanding user and customer needs, co-creating product vision and strategy, and making key product decisions. As a freelance product owner, I am also able to guide the day to day of the development team in achieving the product vision, whether it be creating a first prototype or scaling an MVP to a full fledged solution.
Agile Coach
Scrum Master
As a freelance agile coach or scrum master, I help your teams understand agile development. I will support in setting up teams and roles. As a freelance agile coach, I help in ensuring day to day productivity by removing impediments and guiding the Scrum ceremonies.
(Interim) Project Leader
As a freelance project leader, I help in delivering results, on time, in scope, and within budget. I will take on project responsibility and coordinate all project activities, assess and mitigate risks, and manage communications with all stakeholders. As a freelance project manager, I help in ensuring productivity by closely working with the team on continuous improvement.
02. Projects
I have more than 7 years of experience in international automotive corporations as well as within the software development and data analytics business. In the past, I have scaled a B2B service from MVP to a pan-European solution, lead highly complex automtive projects, coached teams in agile product development, and served as interim scrum master.
I have successfully lead projects in automotive development and manufacturing, in software development, as well as within data analytics.
03. About Me
I studied mechanical engineering at TUM in Munich, began working in the automotive industry within project management. It was there that I got my first introduction to agile product development. This fascinated me from the start and I have since worked in the software and data analytics world as a product owner.
I am fascinated by technology and team dynamics. I feel at home right where those two meet. For me, the most rewarding outcome is helping a team grow and deliver truly valuable products for users.
